Abstract
MetaFlow-HF is an application for Network Meta-Analysis of HFrEF trials which uses live data from ClinicalTrials.gov and parses treatment arms into standardized nodes. The novel engine compares comparative efficacy using frequentist weighted least squares and Bayesian Monte Carlo approximations. The principal Component Analysis then maps trial features to quantify transportability. The interface renders network graphs, forest plots, and bias diagnostics, while a Markov model then simulates long-term health economic outcomes. This code is being shared for others to use for their own work to submit to this journal.
